The Positive Steps Project are peer support meetings run by the Service User Network to inform inpatients about services and resources available to them when they leave hospital. The meetings are c0-facilitated by the Service User Network Co-ordinator and a peer support worker , who play a vital role in sharing their own experiences to support others taking those first steps back into community life.
Meetings are held once a month at St Charles Mental Health Unit. For information, contact Jill Watson on 020 8960 1333 ext 8.
