Mind's Better Lives Training & Employment Programme 

Kensington & Chelsea Mind offers recovery focused training courses, employment support, work opportunties and self-development courses for adults experiencing mental distress.

Accredited training courses:

  • Information technology
  • Office procedures 
  • Horticulture skills
  • Painting, decorating and home maintenance
  • Employability skills

Supplementary training and employment courses:

  • Wildlife gardening
  • Home maintenance
  • Workplace health and safety
  • Maintaining health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Train the trainer 

Supported employment for course graduates:

  • Work experience placements
  • Mind's Peer Employment Project

 All Mind courses are suitable for beginners

Continuous intake as places become available.

 Eligibility criteria apply:

  • Adult learners aged 18 - 65
  • Resident of RBK&C
  • Eligible for the care programme approach and funding through RBK&C Adult Social Care
